INTRODUCTION
UBL Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (UFSL) (formerly AFSL) was incorporated on
27th February 2014 to provide financial related services included but not limited to distribution of financial products and investments including collective investment schemes (CIS) and voluntary pension schemes (VPS).
AFSL was later renamed as UBL Financial Services Limited (UFSL) in June 2025, in order to provide brokerage services to its customers.
We are a TREC holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange (“PSX”) and licensed by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (“SECP”). UFSL is an accredited broker of the Financial Markets Association of Pakistan (“FMAP”).
The customer base will include domestic institutional investors, high net worth clients and foreign investors. Services will include trading in listed shares, commodities and fixed income securities. UFSL will also offer investor advisory services and publish economic, sector and company research.
UFSL’s major strengths will be strong financial backing, trusted brand name, robust digital infrastructure and experienced management team.
