Ms. Fatima Shahzad is Head of International & FI Risk at United Bank Limited. She is a credit risk professional with over 15 years of risk experience in Corporate, FI, Overseas (UAE, Yemen, Qatar & Bahrain), Remedial Management and Islamic Credit.

Abdul Aziz Anis, CFA

Mr. Abdul Aziz Anis is a seasoned investment management and capital markets professional with over 30 years of experience spanning multiple asset classes, institutions, and geographies. He brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset, having built and scaled financial services platforms while instituting robust governance, risk management frameworks and performance-driven culture. He holds an MBA and BBA (Hons) from IBA Karachi and is a CFA charter holder.

Hadi Hassan Mukhi

Director
Hadi has over 14 years of work experience in the field of Compliance, Risk Management and Internal Audit at the strategic and operational levels. Prior to his joining UBL Fund Managers, he was associated with Arif Habib Investments for over 5 years in Internal Audit and Compliance function. Hadi is a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) and is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Professional (CAMLP) from Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (IFMP). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Karachi University in Commerce and certificate from Institute of Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance.

Ahmad Khashe Lodhi

Chief Executive Officer

Ahmad is a seasoned financial industry expert with over 30 years of diverse experience in the field of Portfolio Management, Treasury and Funds Management, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, SMAs, Equities, Credit Analysis, Investment Banking and Treasury Operations. He has served for some of the leading financial institutions like Mashreq Bank Pakistan Limited, HBL, Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company, UBL Fund Managers Limited and PICIC Asset Management. He is an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration.

Syed Ayaz Ahmed

Chief Financial Officer

Ayaz has over 12 years of experience in the field of Accounts and Finance, Compliance and Internal Audit with leading financial institutions. He holds Master’s degree with major in Economics and Finance. After completing his Chartered Accountancy articles, he gained diversified financial sector experience by working in some of industries top tier companies like Faysal Asset Management Ltd and UBL. Prior to joining UBL Financial Services, he worked as CFO and CEO of Optimus Capital Management.

Faiz Alam

Head of Operations
aiz has over 30 years of rich experience of Back Office Operations in Equity Settlement. He has served for some of the leading brokerage houses like Jardine Fleming, Smith International Securities, Al Hoqani Securities, Next Capital Limited and ORIX Investment Bank Limited.

Mansoor Junaid Saya

Head of Compliance & Company Secretary
Mansoor is a qualified Chartered Accountant (UK), In addition to his ACCA qualification, he possesses relevant certifications from the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (IFMP), further enhancing his expertise in the financial sector. Mansoor commenced his professional career at KPMG Pakistan, he has accumulated over decade of extensive experience in the Asset Management sector, where he has held various managerial positions in Compliance and Internal Audit functions. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Saya has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in compliance management and internal auditing, contributing significantly to the operational integrity of leading organizations. His experience includes pivotal roles at UBL Fund Managers, Faysal Asset Management and HBL Asset Management Limited.
